
HAHIRA – Fresh off winning a state title, Valwood’s head football coach has signed on four another four years.
Ashley Henderson signed a four-year extension that will keep him on the sidelines through the 2019 season.
The Valiants have a 48-5 record in Henderson’s four years as coach, including state titles in 2012 and 2015.
Henderson was a candidate for the head coaching job at Valdosta High School but pulled his name from the search to continue at Valwood, reports WALB.
