VALDOSTA – Talmadge was a Private First Class in the U.S. Army and was in the tank division.

Taylor was in the Army just over six years. He passed away January 29th, 1980 and is buried in Defiance, Ohio. He died from Lung Cancer.

He left behind two children and one grandchild.

Talmadge Eugene Taylor will never be forgotten.
