VALDOSTA – Lowndes High School celebrated a signing ceremony with 5 senior theatre students who committed to scholarships and university theatre programs. 

Catherine Allyson Broyles – $1000 scholarship (+ Hope and Zell Miller) to Georgia Southern, majoring in theatre

Emily Criss – $20,000 scholarship to Wesleyan, majoring in theatre

Laine Fletcher – $17,500 scholarships to LaGrange (+ Hope and Zell Miller), majoring in musical theatre

Mara Lamon – $18,000 scholarship to Mercer (+ Hope and Zell Miller), minoring in theatre

Sierra (Cici) Tevebaugh – Acceptance to NY Film Academy with full tuition/housing, majoring in acting

Out of the 11 seniors in our advanced drama program,10 intend to major or minor in theatre at the college level.
