IRWIN CO. – An Irwin County grand jury could decide as early as Wednesday whether or not to indict one of the men accused of murdering Tara Grinstead.

Ryan Duke, 33, was arrested in February for Grinstead’s death, more than 11 years after she disappeared.It is unclear if prosecutors will decide to present their case against Duke, but the next grand jury session is scheduled for Wednesday.
