VALDOSTA — Valdosta City School students took time to remember those who protect our freedom through holiday greetings sent to troops.

Students in the ELA classes of Anne Howard, Maura Lewis, and Narci Drossos participated in the Valdosta Chapter of the Red Cross’s national Holiday Mail for Heroes campaign 2015.

The students sent two large bags of student-made and written greetings to our armed forces and service members who may not be home for the holidays.
