MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – A Jackson man who pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute has been sentenced to 200 months, according to AJC.
In May of 2018, authorities received a tip that 39-year-old Brandon Ray would attempt to sneak methamphetamine, three pounds of marijuana, tobacco and electronic contraband into state prisons through a meat-packing plant.
Ray has been sentenced to 16 years and 8 months in federal prison.
