ALBANY – A mother in Albany has been indicted for allegedly forcing her 16-year-old daughter to perform sex acts and while being recorded on video.

Joynetta Stoutley was indicted by a Doughtery County grand jury on four counts of sexual exploitation of a child.

If convicted, Stoutley could face up to 40 years in prison for each of the counts.
