COLQUITT Co. – Agents with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation agents said they are waiting on test results on evidence before submitting a report to prosecutors who will then decide whether the death penalty will be sought in the case of five people who were shot and burned in Colquitt County.

Jeffrey Peacock is accused of shooting five of his friends in a home on Rossman Dairy Road then setting the house on fire on May 15.
