Man Wanted for False Imprisonment, Battery, Cruelty to Children

THOMAS Co. – The Thomas County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man wanted for cruelty to a child charges.

Richard Keith Myers is wanted in connection with an assault in a Meigs home on April 25. A child witnessed the assault and the victim had several injuries.

Myers has been charged with false imprisonment, aggravated battery, and cruelty to children.

Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact the Thomas county Sheriff’s office or 911.
