VALDOSTA — A feasibility study for a business incubator recommends the Valdosta community move forward with incubator plans.

The study highlighted a number of strengths and weaknesses in the area, as well opportunities to pursue and warnings of dangers to the success of an incubator. One of the weaknesses that is mentioned repeatedly in the study is lack of available financing for businesses.
