MADISON – A woman died Saturday night in an ATV accident in Madison County.

At approximately 9 p.m., Angela Darlene Gaston, 50, was riding a 2013 Polaris ATV north on Noertheast Rocky Ford Road when she began to spin out of control, according to reports from the Florida Highway Patrol.

Gaston was thrown from the vehicle. She was taken to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital where she later died, reports WCTV.

Gaston was not wearing a helmet and alcohol did not play a factor in the incident, according to FHP reports.
