TIFT Co. – All Exit 66/Brighton Road ramps on Interstate 75 are now open.

Work remains to be done on the overpass, including the approaches to the bridge and paving and permanent striping on Brighton Road.

The bridge is scheduled to open in July.

The interchange closed Dec. 3 for reconstruction and was originally scheduled to reopen in 180 days. The timeline was revised due to weather issues, the availability of materials and construction of a Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) wall on the west approach to the bridge, which took longer than anticipated by the contractor.
