ATLANTA – A judge has agreed to defense attorneys’ plea to move the trial of Ross Harris, according to media reports out of Atlanta.

Harris has been charged with the murder of his 22-month-old son, Cooper. Harris has been in jail since the child died in a hot car in June 2014.

Harris’ attorneys said they did not believe an impartial jury could be found northwest of Atlanta were the trial was set to take place.
