On Friday, August 14th at 3:30 p.m., The City of Valdosta’s Neighborhood Development Division will host a virtual public hearing where citizens will be presented an overview of the Temporary Utility Grant program being proposed for the $387,715 awarded to the City in CDBG-CV funding.  Due to our continued adherence of the current COVID-19 public gathering guidelines, we are unable to present the public hearing in the traditional, in-person format.  Citizens will have an opportunity to listen to the overview and will be given the information on how to comment during the five (5) day public comment period.  The five (5) day public comment period will begin on August 14, 2020 and continue until August 19, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.

Please make arrangements to view the City of Valdosta Facebook page on August 14th at 3:30 pm for the live broadcast of the public hearing.  Instruction on how to submit questions or comments will be available on the City of Valdosta website under Neighborhood Development in the Department tab of the page.
