For Teacher Appreciation Week, Valdosta Mayor, Scott James Matheson, posted a message to teachers on the Valdosta, A City Without Limits Facebook page. The Mayor thanked teachers for their efforts, saying, “Thank you for all the well rounded, well educated young people you turn out to our community.”
