Great week of supporting LCS’ Students

Lowndes County Schools provided 9,516 meals to students last week, May 18, 20, and 22! The following schools hosted the Drive-Thru meal pickup events:  Hahira Middle School, Lowndes Middle School, Pine Grove Middle School, Clyattville Elementary School and Moulton-Branch Elementary School.  Monday, May 18 – 3,176 meals were distributed; May 20 – 3,124 meals were distributed; and May 22 – 3,216 meals were distributed.  

This would not have been possible without a team effort. Sending a huge thank you to our amazing School Nutrition Department and all of the teachers, administrators, and staff members who volunteered!

We love our students and care about their overall well-being!

Friday, May 29 will be the last day of Lowndes County Schools’ meal distribution program.
