TIFTON – The body of a middle-aged Hispanic man was discovered under the crawl space of a house Wednesday, and investigators have not ruled out foul play.

The man’s body was discovered by a passerby shortly before 11 a.m., and while investigators say they have no reason to suspect foul play they will continue to investigate.
