On January 9, 2022, at approximately 8 pm, patrol officers with Valdosta Police Department responded to 807 South Fry Street, after E911 received a call from a citizen stating a subject, later identified as Antrone Sims, had stolen currency from inside of her vehicle. Upon the officers’ arrival, the victim told them she heard her vehicle door shut and when she went to the car Sims was inside of it.
