The Georgia High School Association (GHSA) has placed sanctions on the Valdosta High School football team. The sanctions include a $5,000 fine, an unspecified number of players are ineligible to play in 2021 and the team will be banned from the playoffs next season.

The GHSA have yet to specify the violations or comment further.
