LCS traffic stop leads to drugs, fraudulent cards

On November 30, 2020 deputies with the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office, Interstate Criminal Enforcement Unit conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 75 which led to two arrests.  A traffic stop was conducted on a 2020 GMC Yukon for a traffic infraction. While deputies were conducting the enforcement actions of the traffic stop they became suspicious of criminal activity and a search of the vehicle was conducted. Various THC products, along with fraudulent credit/ debit cards were located hidden inside the headliner of the vehicle. Also, during the probable cause search a large some of currency was located and believed to be derivate of illegal actions. Subsequently, the driver, Medard Ulysse and passenger, Brianna Binkley were arrested and taken to the Lowndes County Jail where they will face multiple felony charges.
