COLQUITT — One man is dead after side swiping a tractor trailer around 2:15 a.m., Friday morning.

The man was driving a Jeep Wrangler headed south on South Main Street in Moultrie when he crashed into a tractor trailer. The man then swerved his Jeep into a tree.

The tractor trailer driver reported that the Jeep did not have headlights on.

The victim has yet to be announced and the investigation is pending.
