VALDOSTA — US Representative Buddy Carter, newly elected to replace former Representative Jack Kingston, joined Chris Beckham on the Morning Drive Friday.

Their discussion included his Fair Tax proposal, his recent tour of the US-Mexico Border, and his response to President Obama’s State of the Union address.
