ATLANTA — The Georgia Chamber held the 2015 Eggs & Issues Breakfast Tuesday morning in Atlanta.
This annual event draws hundreds of the state’s political and business leaders to the Thomas Murphy Ballroom at the Georgia World Congress Center and serves as a kick-off of sorts for the year’s legislative agenda.
As attendees enjoyed breakfast, they heard from Lt. Governor Casy Cagle, House Speaker David Ralston and Governor Nathan Deal who laid out their agendas for 2015.
This year marks the 100th anniversary for the Georgia Chamber. Paul Bowers, President and CEO of Georgia Power, praised the economic success of the state while offering a positive outlook for the future in remarks to those gathered at the event.
