Police in Vero Beach, Florida got a call last month about someone who was sleeping at the top of a stairwell. It turned out to be a 45-year-old guy named Eric Lamont Smith.
And when the cops woke him up, he rolled over and looked at them . . . with a bag of crack hanging out of his MOUTH.
When they asked him about it, he said it wasn’t his, and he had no idea how it got in his mouth. Because THAT happens.
Somehow the cops didn’t buy his excuse, so he’s facing charges for possession of cocaine.
