The Valdosta Early College Academy invites all in the community to a drive-thru celebration of Dr. Mae McKinney on Thursday, June 25 at 2:00 PM. VECA has arranged this event to “thank Dr. McKinney for her transformational leadership, unwavering support, and genuine passion”. The drive-thru celebration will last until 4:00 PM, and all in attendance are encouraged to design a homemade sign to show appreciation for Dr. McKinney.
