NAPLES, Fla. – One of the world’s most popular writers of suspense, Mary Higgins Clark, died last Friday at the age of 92 in Naples, Florida.

Clark, known as the “Queen of Suspense,” became a writer mid-life, publishing bestsellers like “A Stranger Is Watching,” “Just Take My Heart,” and “Daddy’s Little Girl,” and more than 50 more titles.

Clark published her last novel in November 2019.
