VALDOSTA, Ga. – A bicyclist traveling on Old Clyattville Rd. was hit by a Cook County Transit vehicle.

Last night, around 5:17 p.m., authorities received the call about an accident that occurred off of Exit 13 Southbound when the bus was attempting to turn right and hit and killed a bicyclist traveling west.

According to the Georgia State Patrol Post 31, the bicyclist has yet to be identified and the case is still under investigation.
