ALBANY — A woman drowned in her own pool Saturday night in Albany.

Dougherty County Police reported Kimberly Robinson, 33 of the 1700 block of River Pointe Drive, was rescued from her backyard pool late Saturday night.

She was transported to Phoebe Putney Hospital, though later pronounced dead.
