LOWNDES CO – Lowndes County announces that offices will be closed on Tuesday, January 9th to prepare for the threat of storms in the area.

Lowndes County offices will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, January 9. The closure allows for the County to shift its staffing focus to storm preparedness and response. I will continue to provide updates as they become available from the National Weather Service out of Tallahassee.
