LOWNDES Co. – Lake Park Elementary School recently held its annual Career Day.

Approximately 40 parents and community members came to share their careers with students.

At Career Day, students were exposed to a variety of career choices and hands on activities. Presenters were treated to breakfast and lunch, provided by the PTO.

Career Day was organized by Tara Phelps, Counselor and Erin Wacter, Paraprofessional.

Clint Hon from Grand Bay brought several interesting animals, including a baby alligator, to present to the children.
