LOWNDES Co. – “Bring One for the Chipper,” the annual Christmas tree recycling event is going on now.

Real wood trees can be dropped off for recycling at the following locations in Lowndes County:

• Home Depot on Norman Drive
• Super Walmart on Inner Perimeter Road
• Mathis City Auditorium
• Valdosta YMCA
• The corner of Lawson Street and N. Lowndes Street in Hahira
• City Hall in Lake Park
