THOMASVILLE — Drug agents with Thomas County Sheriff’s Office were forced to shoot a charging dog while conducting a drug raid.
Officers went to a house on Ginger Lane in Thomasville to investigate complaints of drug activity.
When they walked into the yard, authorities say an unrestrained pit bull dog came charging at them. An officer shot the dog once, wounding it.
