ALBANY — A man was shot in the back from a passing vehicle at 5:00 a.m., Saturday morning on the 200 block of Barton Avenue.

A woman found the shot victim, 19-year-old Jeremy Singleton on the sidewalk on her way to a store.

The woman immediately took Singleton to the hospital after she had realized he had been shot.

Singleton told police officers that the vehicle that shot at him was a green Malibu.

Police are investigating at this time.
