VALDOSTA — Season Tickets for the 2015 football season are now on sale. The ticket office opened May 11, 2015. The Viking 2015 football schedule features eight (8) home contests including a preseason game with Norcross on August 7, 2015. The cost for the season package is $60 per seat.
Replacing the classic game this year will be Bayside High School. Bayside is a 6A school out of Palm Bay, FL. They finished the 2014 season with a 7-4 record (5-1 in district play). The remaining four (4) non-region games remain the same as last year. The Vikings will travel to Roswell for the regular season opener followed by home games with Bayside, Drew, Rockdale County, and Newton.
There will be five (5) region games with Colquitt, Lee County, and Valdosta visiting Martin Stadium. Road region games will be at Camden County and Tift. All home contests will kick off at 8:00 PM while the three (3) road games will have 7:30 PM kickoffs.
Student season passes will be available for Lowndes students who attend the high school and the middle schools. These season passes will be sold only at the high school and at each middle school. They will be good for entry only into the appropriate home side student sections. Student passes will not be honored on the visitor side. There will be no student tickets sold for individual games. No elementary students may purchase student season passes.
The deadline for renewing your seats is June 18, 2015. Beginning at 7:00 AM on Monday June 22, 2015 last year’s season ticket holders and Viking Touchdown Club members may upgrade, purchase, or add season tickets. On June 23, 2015 at 8:00 AM the public may purchase any available seats.
All reserved seat season ticket holders from 2014 should have received a renewal letter. If you did not receive a renewal by May 15 please call the ticket office at 229-316-1887. Tickets may be renewed by returning the order form or visiting the ticket office located in the Board of Education Annex on Norman Drive.
