The Neighborhood Development and Community Protection Divisions invites residents to the annual Back to School Community Block Party at Unity Park Amphitheater on Saturday, July 27th, from 9 am to 1 pm.

This event is all about supporting our amazing kids and families, especially those who may need a little extra help getting ready for school. We’ve got FREE book bags packed with school supplies and FREE haircuts to ensure every child feels confident and prepared for their academic journey.

But that’s not all! We’ll also have grill masters on deck, serving up delicious treats for everyone to enjoy. Plus, there will be music, games, and plenty of opportunities to connect with your neighbors and city staff.
