VALDOSTA – Valdosta and Lowndes residents are invited to the Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Program.

The Valdosta-Lowndes County Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemoration Committee will host the Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Program on Thursday, April 4, 2024, starting at 6:00pm at the King Memorial Site.

This years program will include a dramatic presentation by Walter Lewis Jones, music by Valdosta Early College Academy, and song and dance by local youth.

The program is FREE and open to the public.

In case of inclement weather the program will be held at St. Paul AME Church.
