ADEL, Ga. – Adam J. Pagliaro of Brevard County, Florida, entered a plea in absentia in Cook County Probate Court to several misdemeanor charges that resulted from a police chase that began in Turner County on May 8, 2019 and ended in Cook County on May 9, 2019.

In a plea agreement between Cook County Solicitor Matt Bennett and Pagliaro’s attorney, Stephen Adkins of Valdosta, Pagliro pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespass, Disorderly Conduct, and Driving Too Fast For Conditions and paid $3000.00 in fines and court cost.

The remaining charges were dismissed by the state. The plea in absentia was accepted by Judge Chase Daughtrey on October 15, 2019 and concludes the Cook County portion of the case.
