THOMASVILLE — Three people died in a house fire around 5:30 a.m., Friday morning. The fire occurred at a home on the 1000 block of Madison Alley.

Officials found the first victim dead inside of the home. The second victim died on the way to the hospital, and the third victim was found in the home around 7:30 a.m.

The fire is currently under investigation by the state fire marshal’s office.
