MOULTRIE – Police arrested a man Thursday for allegedly using a co-worker’s credit card to purchase flowers for his girlfriend.
Keo Traveous Carter, 20, was charged with felony forgery, two counts of financial transaction card fraud and obstruction of a police officer, according to reports from the Moultrie Police Department.
Carter reportedly used a co-worker’s credit card to purchase flowers at Flowers by Barrett and have them delivered to the Burger King restaurant where his girlfriend works. Carter made another purchase at a Family Dollar store, reports The Moultrie Observer.
Carter reportedly resisted arrest when officers showed up at his workplace Thursday.
