LOWNDES CO., Ga. – With a second-round victory over Norcross, the Lowndes High School Vikings advance to the third round of the state football playoffs.

On Friday November 29, the Vikings will host the Grayson High School Rams out of Region 8-7A.  Kickoff is set for 8:00 PM on Joe Wilson Field at Martin Stadium in Lowndes County. 

Tickets for this game will go on sale on Monday, November 25.  Season ticket holders may purchase their same seats for this game on Monday and Tuesday.  All seats not claimed by the close of business at 4:30 pm on Tuesday will go on sale to the general public. 

The ticket office will remain open until 5:30 PM on Monday for the convenience of our season ticket holders.  All tickets for the 3rd round are $12 each as set by GHSA and all fans, except for “babies in arms”, must have a ticket. 

Ticket office hours this week are as follows

Monday – 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

Tuesday – 9:00 am to 4:30 pm

Wednesday – 9:00 am to 4:30 pm

Thursday – Closed Thanksgiving

Friday – 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

The ticket office is located in the Board of Education building on Norman Drive across from Goo Goo Car Wash.
