VALDOSTA – Coach Antonio Haynes resigned from coaching the Valdosta High boy’s basketball team the same day the girl’s basketball team was eliminated from the playoffs.

Haynes has coached six seasons at Valdosta with a total record of 84-76 and 23-33 in region.

The ‘Cats went 12-15 this season before getting eliminated by Tucker High School in the first round.
