Pine Grove Elementary School’s archery team competed in the NASP (National Archery in the Schools Program) Regional Tournament held at Pine Grove Middle on Saturday, January 28th. The team finished 1st place in the elementary division and has now qualified to compete in the NASP State Tournament to be held in Perry, Georgia on March 3rd.

Archery has opened new worlds for the students at Pine Grove Elementary. Not only is it a fun activity to participate in with friends, it provides opportunity for travel and new experiences. Students have to work hard, remain disciplined and learn to focus. It teaches respect, responsibility and gives students a sense of pride to be part of something.

The top six archers for the region tournament are Lake Fletcher (277), Gage Francis (268), Carter Mae Ellington (265), Toshiya Bass (257), Mia Abad-Rojas (248) and Logan Deal (236). We are so proud of our archers and their accomplishments.
