VALDOSTA, Ga. – The Valdosta State baseball home opener, originally scheduled for February 3rd, has been rescheduled to take place a day earlier on Tuesday, February 2nd at 5:00 p.m. at Billy Grant Field in Valdosta, Ga. due to the expectation of acclimate weather during the middle of the week.

The Blazers, who opened up the 2016 campaign with a double header split against the No. 18 ranked Nighthawks of North Georgia in Dahlonega, Ga. on Saturday, will welcome the Albany State Golden Rams to Titletown for Valdosta State’s first home game of the season on Tuesday.
