LOWNDES CO., Ga. – A 911 call was received at 11:20 p.m. Sunday, November 24, 2019, for a house fire located at 4931 Old Highway 41 North.

The Hahira Fire Department was called for mutual aid and arrived at 11:34 p.m.

Lowndes County Fire and Rescue was on the scene at 11:36 p.m.

The scene was cleared at 3 a.m.

Two occupants of the home were transported with burn injuries and are reportedly at Shands Burn Center.
