ALBANY — One man is dead after wrecking his vehicle into a utility pole on Sunday.

Last night, around 8:30 p.m., 79-year-old Tal Crawford ran his Jeep Grand Cherokee into a utility pole.

The accident occurred on the 330 block of Sylvester Road.

Dougherty County Police officers reported that a witness driving behind Crawford said he was driving normal and then ran off the road.
