THOMASVILLE — A Thomas County man was arrested after breaking into two vehicles. The police report stated that on Tuesday, 30-year-old Alfred Lavon Hadley broke into a car at 729 South St. and another at 617 Lester Street.
Hadley stole a book bag and a work ID from the vehicle on Lester Street.
A neighbor caught Hadley looking through the trunk of the second vehicle and approached him. Hadley ran from the scene on foot after threatening the neighbor with a screwdriver. The CD/Radio face was reported missing from the vehicle.
Hadley was charged with two counts of Entering Auto, one count of Aggravated Assault, and one count of Obstruction of Police.
