ASHBURN — One person died this morning in a semi truck collision on I-75.

The accident occurred around 3:30 a.m. Friday morning near mile marker 88. The GDOT closed down one lane of traffic near the mile marker to clean up the wreckage.

One of the trucks involved was a tanker truck and spilled a large amount of fuel during the wreck.

The lanes were cleared by 9:00 a.m.
