VALDOSTA, GA – At approximately 8:09 p.m. on Friday evening, Valdosta Police responded to a residence on McAfina Trail in reference to a shooting. Officers arrived on the scene and found Quintavius Thomas deceased with a gunshot wound to the upper part of his body.

Valdosta Police Officers also located a second shooting victim that was transported to SGMC, where he is being treated and is in serious condition. No further information is currently available on the second victim.
