VALDOSTA – Students from Valdosta State University’s Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education recently volunteered to assist area Special Olympians competing at the 2018 Fall Special Olympics hosted by the Valdosta-Lowndes County Parks and Recreation Authority. Hundreds of special education students from nine surrounding counties competed in a variety of sports, including bowling.
