ALBANY — Albany police are searching for 29-year-old Marquel Culpepper for the murder of 38-year-old Kendrick Miller. Police reported that Culpepper goes by the name Chad.

On Friday, police took out a murder warrant against Culpepper after he murdered Miller in America’s Best Value Inn on North Slappey Boulevard.

Culpepper’s last known address was on 3103 Fernridge Drive. Culpepper is 5’9″ and weighs around 163 pounds.
